More Questions!

I'm beginning to understand affordances, but want to know what is the diferrence between affordance and medium? We talk about mixed media - is this using different affordances?
Now for more difficult questions - what shall I wear? What will I cook today?

Comments:
OK what you cook is something easy, I always fall back on a recipe from Tom Parker Bowles (only time royalty is useful) which is fry garlic in oil, add small pinch of chile, add 2 tins tomatoes, one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and cook for 1 hour then serve with spaghetti and parmesan and red wine. Always works.
Re: Affordances and media, affordances are possibilities, media just are. That's it for now (Its Friday).
What shall I cook?

If you think about affrdances with constraints it helps you understand. A constraint of the telephone is that you cannot see the person speaking. But you can really hear the nuances of voice.
The medium is is the phone and the mode is sound.
